A family of homes, with safety behind every door.
Jack’n Jill Family Day Home Agency is based at 10207 102 Street in Grande Prairie. The everyday work is applications, home visits, training calendars, and phone calls when a family needs a space that actually exists. Children’s safety is the first job. Teaching one-on-one, gathering a small group, and letting children play is the day we are trying to protect.
What we do
- Recruit and approve family day home educators.
- Visit homes on a schedule—and unannounced when we should.
- Keep groups small enough for one-on-one teaching and real play.
- Match children to homes by age, neighbourhood, and hours.
- Coach educators on safety, food, rest, outdoor time, and teaching close.
- Help families understand subsidy and affordability paperwork.
What we will not do
- Pretend we are a 200-child centre with a secret curriculum name.
- Treat safety as a footer after the photos.
- Put an admin portal on the public internet for children’s files.
- Promise a space we do not have.
- Hide a safety incident behind marketing copy.
