How we collect and use website inquiry data for Jack’n Jill Family Day Home Agency in Grande Prairie.
This website is operated by Jack’n Jill Family Day Home Agency Inc. in Grande Prairie, Alberta. On the public HostGator site, form submissions are emailed to info@jacknjillfamilydayhomeagency.ca. When this site is run as the full app, messages are also stored encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. There is no public admin page that lists submissions.
We use your name, email, phone, child details (including date of birth when you enrol or join the waitlist), addresses, work information you provide, and your message only to respond to the request you made (enrol, tour, waitlist, educator interest, event RSVP, or general question). On the public website, submissions are emailed to info@jacknjillfamilydayhomeagency.ca. We do not sell this information.
We keep server logs needed to stop abuse (including a short, truncated identifier derived from IP address for rate limiting). To ask us to correct or delete an inquiry, call 780-533-2570 or email info@jacknjillfamilydayhomeagency.ca from the address you used on the form.
We use a Google site-verification tag so Google Search Console can confirm we own this website. If Google Analytics or Tag Manager is turned on, Google may collect visit data (such as pages viewed and approximate location) under Google’s terms. We do not use that for advertising.
