This site describes licensed family day home agency services in Grande Prairie. Submitting a form is a request, not a guaranteed space, contract, or enrolment. Placement depends on home availability, provincial rules, and a successful visit.

Enrolment contracts with Jack’n Jill Family Day Home Agency Inc. include: A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 per family is taken for all newly enrolled children when the contract is signed. A $20.00 late-payment charge applies after five (5) business days. Ending the contract requires two-week notice by the parent or educator. Jack’n Jill Family Day Home Agency may terminate the contract for non-payment of fees. The agency provides thirty (30) days written notice of any changes in policy or fees. Regular care hours are 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.. After 6:00 p.m. is considered extended hours. Extended hours are $50.00 / month added to the contract amount. Your day home educator will require a weekly schedule if there are regular changes.

Jack’n Jill Family Day Home Agency agrees to comply with the Family Day Home Program Standards Manual and the policies in the Procedure Manual. Alberta funding rules can change. Confirm current eligibility with the Government of Alberta and with our office at 780-533-2570.
